Eligibility
– Our return policy applies to all fur pelts, fur products, claws, and skulls purchased directly from FELLA FURS.
– Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
– Returns must be initiated within 20 days from the date of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at info.fellafurs@gmail.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
2. Once you receive your RA number, securely package the item(s) for return, including the RA number on the package.
3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or product defect.
Refunds and Exchanges
– Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process a refund to the original form of payment or provide an exchange, as requested.
– Refunds will be issued for the cost of the product(s) only, excluding any original shipping charges.
Non-Returnable Items

– Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after purchase
